Project Overview
An Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) retail gate. Pair of vertical loop antennas emits a continuous RF interrogation field; when unpaid merchandise carrying active 8.2 MHz or UHF RFID tags passes between the pedestals, the receiver detects tag resonance and sounds an alarm.
