No Returns & No Exchanges Policy
Craftory products consist of sensitive electronic microcontrollers, sensors, and programmed hardware modules. To ensure high quality standards across all items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
1. Transit Damage or Defective Components
If your IoT Kit arrives with physical damage or a defective component, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof by contacting support at support@craftory.in. Our technical team will dispatch replacement component parts immediately.
