Project Overview
Desktop test rig with PZEM-004T AC power sensor, split-core current transformer clamp on an insulated load wire, incandescent test bulb, 16x2 LCD showing voltage/current/power, and ESP32.
Modern commercial and industrial infrastructure requires automated, real-time sensing and telemetry. Conventional manual monitoring suffers from high latency, human error, and lack of predictive fault visibility for Smart Energy Monitoring System.
A turnkey engineering prototype integrating high-precision sensor modules, dedicated microcontroller unit, and cloud telemetry protocols to automate measurement, trigger alert thresholds, and provide remote dashboard control.
Core Project Objectives
Capture continuous analog/digital sensor readings with robust noise filtering and hardware calibration.
