Project Overview
Magnetic-mount vibration transmitter for factory pumps and turbines. Samples 3-axis high-g accelerations at 6.4 kHz, computes Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT) on the edge microcontroller, and transmits spectral peak frequencies over RS485/Modbus to flag failing ball bearings.
