A cellular telecom laboratory project. Tunes to local cellular LTE bands using software-defined radio, detects Narrowband Primary Synchronization Signals (NPSS), synchronizes frame timings, and decodes cell ID, bandwidth allocations, and signal-to-noise ratios.
